Provisional testing, creating candidate's cross-culture profile, business reputation analysis and character reference.

Delivery of candidate list to the Client.
Approved list of candidates meeting job description, for personal interviews.
Interviewing and selecting the top finalist. Arranging interviews with top candidates, assistance in interviews, in negotiating employment conditions.

Client receives confidential candidate report, including character reference, assessment of the ability to work under pressure incl. the pressure of international business environment, cross-culture literacy and awareness, compatibility of candidate's cultural profile with that of her/his future colleagues and partners, previous achievements and work experience, motivation advice.
Final selection of candidate. Approved employment conditions.
Candidate integration into Client's company. Candidate's support for the integration. Candidate who meets all requirements and is selected by Client may lack some pieces of knowledge specific to her/his new company.
