Induction Programs have been designed to alleviate culture shock and facilitate adaptation to the new work and living environments

In creating the comprehensive adaptation program for Lafarge Cement staffers, we aimed at making the training participants familiar with the local specifics of Kaluga region, on the one hand, and at helping them to find their way among the unspoken rules and challenges of doing business in Russia, on the other.

The training took place in Kaluga Plaza Hotel.
