The training «How to do business in Russia and with Russians» took place on the 24 of March 2010. Trainee: Craig Jones, Finance director «Feedbacks about your work in our company have been extremely positive and my colleagues advised me to visit this training. After it, I can say that many things that used to be confusing and frustrating, are now clear. In particular, I now understand why so often when we can not sign a contract, we stop and finish the negotiations, rather than to continue to communicate and eventually to achieve results. The key lies in the Russian model of communication. Thank you. I will definitely use the knowledge gained in their work in Russia”- said Mr. Jones after the training |

The training on How to do business in Russia and with Russians took place on 20 of April 2010 Company: AVON, Russia Trainees: Vlad Tiglariu, Michal Borec
Vlad Tiglariu: Very helpful course both for orienting within the company culture (Russian) and within general Russian society. Good number of real-life examples from cross-cultural situations (foreigners in Russia). Very interesting set of theory models and quite accurate national specifics identified.
Michal Borec: This course was very useful to me because it made my thoughts more organized and by concrete examples it showed me that many situations which I have been in, have different solutions. Also this course proved some of my previous thoughts about Russian culture aspects, affecting everyday life and business. Because of the lack of time I will use the opportunity to contact the trainer (Svetlana) personally for further consulting. Very good training! Thank you! |

As an international executive responsible for Business Development in Russia and other emerging markets, I not only recommend Cross Culture Training by ICCA, but I also suggest that any serious organization who wants to increase its chances of success in Russia should make it compulsory for its executives to attend it in whichever way they can. The program is objective and highly interactive and gives you real tools for understanding Russians, their behaviors and forging great business relationships that may eventually spillover into friendships. I truly adores the session and I think Svetlana Kuznetsova is fantastic” — VanDyck Silveira, Business Development Director Duke Corporate Education |
